Subject bishop was a member of Vocationist order (SDV), and was ordained a priest by Bishop Joseph Francis, SVD (Society of Divine Word). I had to point SVD (Bishop Francis' order) to the correct wikipedia article just now. Do not confuse the similar looking SDV and SVD. See these references:
