I wonder if this article was produced by Edgar or people associated with him. The accounts that edited it appear to be deliberately anonymous - short names with a few numbers tacked on the end - but are clearly people with experience in editing Wikipedia. I imagine it's the same person. This article features lots of links and so on. Any evidence that the guy is actually notable?? TheSoundAndTheFury (talk) 21:05, 29 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
Quite possible. Recent editing has attempted to add embarrassingly tedious laundry lists of prestigious places he's been asked to speak, interviewed, etc. It first started with contributions from Mredgarperez. At one point, they "vandalized" the article [1] by replacing it with a bio for a completely different person. I believe this was an attempt to turn the article into a draft, starting with a model from another page, which he could then modify to turn it back into an article about himself. After Mredgarperez was addressed on his talk page about conflicts of interest, he stopped editing, and three mintues later, Conspilhor registered a new account and began adding the same material to the article. And now, the same contributions come from newly registered Studio elastica. It's easy to be fooled, until you notice that the glasses, nose and moustache are actually joined together in one piece. signed, Willondon (talk) 18:40, 14 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
