Talk:Edge crush test
Thank you for starting this article. It needs a lot of work and expansion for it to be useable. Pkgx (talk) 17:23, 16 February 2010 (UTC)
Attention solely from experts on the subject is how we get articles like this, that are virtually meaningless to the layperson. What it needs is attention from someone acquainted with the subject, someone who may never have been able to write the article as it stands, but who knows enough to more or less understand it, and translate it into normal-person language.23:58, 15 May 2011 (UTC)
McKee formula constant
editThis article uses 5,876 as constant in the McKee formula, but in practice, it's a constant determined by research trials. For example at the European Dunapack company, it's 5.3. McKee formula dimensions
editIn my opinion, the dimensions in the McKee formula are not fully correct. It says "BCT = Box compression test in Pounds" but it has to be "BCT = Box compression test in Pounds per Inch". Please check and correct that in the article. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.189.160.18 (talk) 17:25, 15 March 2022 (UTC)
