Contested deletion
editThis page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, it is quite obviously neither a copyright violation nor an instance of plagiarism. The source is clearly indicated with a PD attribution template as the Yale Obituary Record of 1878. Since this source was published in 1878, it self-evidently is not a copyright violation taken from Find a Grave, since the published source predates both Find a Grave and the Internet by over a century. --Gamaliel (talk) 19:29, 23 April 2022 (UTC)
- As is well known around here, but too often forgotten, Obituaries fail WP:RS. @Gamaliel: what do you say to that?...William, is the complaint department really on the roof? 23:13, 23 April 2022 (UTC)
- This is news to me after 18 years here. Gamaliel (talk) 23:16, 23 April 2022 (UTC)
