I posted request for proofreading, and here is how I worked on. I followed up the previous translator by working on section "Transition measures from the old to the new school system. Had copied from jawp error: {{nihongo}}: Japanese or romaji text required (help), which describes transition measures taken between 1947 and 1950. I don' like using tables to outline historical changes, however, translated, expanded by adding grades in elementary school level. Actually, not sourced/cited very much, and maybe you could fill in some as well.
