- ... that Edward A. Synan, a former military chaplain, wrote over eighty journal articles on subjects ranging from early patristics to late scholasticism? Source: "He served as a chaplain in the United States Army Air Forces from 1944 until 1948.... Although much of his attention was devoted to Augustine and Aquinas, his eighty journal articles treat of the broad range of medieval philosophy, from its beginnings in Patristic speculation to the late Scholastic period." - The article is new enough; sourced throughout; article just barely meets the 1,500 character requirement; the hook is cited and it appears in the article; the hook is of appropriate length and is interesting; No copyvios detected; QPQ provided; the only thing that needs to be done is to link the article's title within the hook--which I have done for you :) Dr. Swag Lord (talk) 00:16, 15 June 2022 (UTC)
