Note: My uncle, Edward B. Lewis Jr's middle name was simply the initial B., not 'Bok' as written in this article. He was named after my grandfather, Edward Butts Lewis Sr, but his name was inadvertently recorded simply as Edward B. Lewis, Jr on the birth certificate. Hence his middle name was legally an initial. - JR Lewis -preceeding comment by 209.244.42.180 moved from article space-
