editThis article describes shortly my own father, who died earlier this year. This is my first attempt to publish an article in the Wikipedia. If I've committed any cardinal editing errors please ezplain me explicit in clear text by e-mail to me (e-mail address removed for privacy reasons). Otherwise I am satisfied with the uploaded text. Though I would like later to add a photo of my father. 1.October 2007 8:40 pm --Krzysiulek 18:41, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
- Wikipedia is not a memorial site. Precious Roy 19:51, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
- While it is true that Wikipedia is not a memorial site, it's certainly allowed to write articles on recently deceased people, provided they are notable. There is a sufficient assertion of notability in this article to avoid speedy deletion. If you disagree, feel free to nominate this article for WP:AFD though.

Links in references
editMy feeling is that we should avoid linking to topics in the references. If there are relevant phrases that are not already linked to in the article, then it would be appropriate to put them in a See Also section. Itsmejudith 20:32, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
