It is likely that this composer is notable and that Wikipedia should have an article about him. However, there are a lot of facts in the article that need independent verification. Please find and add references to sources not connected with Mr. Lambert or with those performing his works, such as news reports, music reviews by critics, magazine articles books, etc., to confirm the information and to show that he has been written about extensively by journalists and other authors. Also, the article is not written in a neutral, factual, encyclopedic tone. Feelings and opinions of the submitter or the subject and promotional adjectives should not be included; instead, it's what is written about him in independent published documents that should be summarized. External links in the body of the article are considered to be promotional, and should be removed.
