@Estopedist1: I am not sure about County Governors. There is precedent for inclusion though, see the categories: County Governors of Sweden, County Governors of Norway, County Governors of Kenya, etc. I think the categories for the Recipients of the Order of the White Star are notable and valid, as they are state decorations awarded by the president, much like the U.S. Presidential Medal of Freedom. @H2ppyme and ExRat: yep, constructive comments, but allowing County Governors of Estonia to the enwiki would also arise question about parish/municipalities governors/elders (vallavanemad). There are thousands and thousands of them, and this should be obvious clutter in enwiki. Secondly, maybe it is rational only to allow these recipients of state decorations who were awarded as I or II class. If we allow all III-V class also, we have rather superclutter in enwiki (more than 10,000 people)--Estopedist1 (talk) 06:29, 11 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Estopedist1: I am still unsure about County Governors. I have a divided opinion. They can stay or go. The Recipients of the Order of the White Star categories I feel should stay because individuals who received them are often notable enough to have enwiki articles for accomplishments that are not solely related to the award. I would vote to delete an article whose only claim to notability was receiving the award. But, since most people who have received the award are notable for other things, I think the categories are fine. ExRat (talk) 17:17, 11 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
