Bitter green vegetable

edit

Need to get Chinese name of the "bitter green vegetable." Badagnani (talk) 09:16, 29 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Its referring to how qing1cai4 青菜 is called ku3cai4 苦菜. Qingcai usually refers to green vegetables in general. I looked up what species kucai refers to, and according to Baidu Baike their scientific names are Sonchus oleraceus, Ixeris chinensis, and Ixeris denticulata. [1] (There are some typos.)
