Tracing the origin of the Eko Eko chant is significant to a full comprehension of the history of Wicca. Folklore1 (talk) 14:43, 15 April 2012 (UTC)
Although Eight Sabbats for Witches was published in Japan, as well as many other countries, I haven't found a reference to indicate whether the authors of the Manga series found the Eko Eko chant in this book. Folklore1 (talk) 14:43, 15 April 2012 (UTC)
- Impossible. The manga started in 1975. Eight Sabbats for Witches was published in 1981. I guess the author read The Grimoire of Lady Sheba (1972) or Farrar's What Witches Do (1971) or watched the movie Secret Rites (1971).Viking Rollo (talk) 14:59, 10 December 2020 (UTC)
