@Festucalex: not to overstep, but if you can copy edit the text of an article, that is always good (at least that is what I do). But if it’s beyond repair you can just tag it and ask the promoter to fix it. As for this specific case, you can go through the edit history in the article and see what BorgQueen did, which basically reducing the size (while keeping the core message) of the quotation to address your concerns about copyvio 19:25, 8 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
ALT1 needed some slight tweaking as I feel like it was not worded just right. I have made the hook mirror the article text without changing the intent.
