Revision and Expansion

Reviewing this article, I have noticed the sorry state of development it is currently resigned to. It really needs to be rewritten and expanded in more detail than it's currently at. It should be expanded into the following sections (Note: ALL information should be properly cited from reliable sources):

Background: Background of the area before and during the murders

Murders: A detailed account of each of the murders committed by the killer, with details pertaining to each victim. There should also be a sub-section detailing the possible/suspected murders.

Investigation: A detailed account of the investigation into the murders, including a sub-section of the criminal's profile if it exists.

Suspects: A complete list of official and unofficial suspects of the murders.
