Unless this article is expanded significantly and with cited sources, it doesn't warrant its own Wikipedia article.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Plantduets (talkcontribs) 15:46, 26 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

This is a UK bestseller with extensive reviews and press coverage in reliable sources, easily found in a few seconds of googling, and it clearly passes notability standards. Please see Wikipedia:Deletion policy#Alternatives to deletion and WP:BEFORE. I have added some sources and removed the proposed deletion and notability tags. --Arxiloxos (talk) 18:27, 26 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
Noted, looks good. Excited to see this article built out with a proper infobox. Plantduets (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 19:00, 26 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Article that inspired the book?

edit

This quote by the author is in the article: "I read a newspaper article about loneliness and unusually this article contained an interview with a young woman and she said she'd often leave work on Friday night at 5 o'clock and wouldn't talk to another human being until she went back to work on Monday morning."

I am trying to find the article out of curiosity. I am not saying we need to add this info to the entry.

This is my best guess. It isn't a slam dunk, but seems like it could plausibly be the article the author is thinking of: https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/real-life-stories/if-didnt-work-wouldnt-speak-7132653 Paco2718 (talk) 14:30, 9 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
