List of past elections
editI think this huge list with past elections must be removed since we have the template at the end of the article. -- Magioladitis 02:08, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
I removed it since nobody had a different option the last four months. I am just putting here two red links that give info about the time the elections were held in parentheses:
- Greek legislative election, 1875 (4 June)
- Greek legislative election, 1895 (May)
Fair use rationale for Image:Askelogo.gif
editImage:Askelogo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 22:40, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with Image:Polan.gif
editThe image Image:Polan.gif is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Table with greek parties participating in government
editThe communist party KKE has not actually participated by itself in any government, as it was a member of Synaspismos during the 1989 governments. The table misrepresents that, but I'm not sure how it should be fixed. Should KKE be removed from the table or a note should be added next to it? I'm going for the second as it seems more helpful for a reader, but if anyone has a better solution feel free to revert my edit. 79.103.163.134 (talk) 13:54, 13 March 2009 (UTC)

Electoral system at the constituency level
editI understand how the seats are awarded to the parties nationwide, but how do those seats 'rain down' to the constituency level?--Bancki (talk) 16:21, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
Were the rules changed between may and june 2012 ?
editI am asking this question, coming as a reader of the "live coverage" on the Guardian's website. There, a tweet from "Stratos Safioleas" (unknown to me) is reproduced, with the following content : "Important difference from May 6 : voters can vote for the party only, NOT the MPs. MPs are ranked by the party this time." (link : [1]).
There is nothing similar to this information in the present state of the article, where I can read : "Voters may select specific candidates within the party list of their choice by marking a cross next to the candidate name or names.". Who is right ? "Stratos Safioleas" and the Guardian or this Wikipedia article ? French Tourist (talk) 16:08, 17 June 2012 (UTC)
