Of course this company is notable, unfortunately it is difficult to find proper references in English. Issues of socialism, issues of development status, issues of internet use and availability. Ironically, the company itself is working to correct these issues by being corporate, developing the country, and by creating an energy infrastructure. It's difficult to build ISPs and phone tower networks if the energy infrastructure isn't yet there. Which is why this company is so important. And notable.
