Update editors in chief and impact factor
editAn impartial editor has reviewed the proposed edit(s) and asked the editor with a conflict of interest to go ahead and make the suggested changes. |
- What I think should be changed:
1- Old text
the editors-in-chief are Froilán M. Dopico (University Carlos III of Madrid) and Michael Tsatsomeros (Washington State University).
New text

3- Old text the journal has a 2019 impact factor of 0.631.[3]
New text the journal has a 2020 impact factor of 0.682.[4]
4- Old text in the Infobox journal
| editor = Froilán M. Dopico, Michael Tsatsomeros | impact = 0.631 | impact-year = 2019
New text
| editor = Froilán M. Dopico | impact = 0.682 | impact-year = 2020
- Why it should be changed:
One of the editors in chief left his position, so the page needs to be updated to reflect the actual state. While the page is being edited, I also suggest to update the impact factor to its most recent published value. Thanks!

These two references are already updated in the proposed edit.

- @Fph: if all this does is simply update information that's currently there, feel free to do it yourself. See WP:JWG
- If you are in a conflict of interest, it is best to limit yourself to this guide and stick to adding/updating non-controversial information (see what to include and what not to include) such as updating journal articles related to your publisher to have the most up-to-date impact factors, document history (merges/splits, current/previous editor(s)-in-chief), uploading missing cover images, fixing links to official websites, or expanding the further reading section. Updating existing routine information based on updated sources is also non-controversial. (emphasis mine)
