editI don't have the time to, but if anyone is interested in making this page robust, the source below has a wealth of information about e-voting and the implications for canada. Its also a very authoritive source, lots of big names etc.

- I used to live in Barrie, Ontario... there was a fair amount of concern over the voting machines there; confusing for elderly people, no receipt, no recount. Barrie is triple-conservative (Provincial PC MPP is related to Federal Conservative MP, Mayor and much of Council supported by the same group of large business interests, and the Mayor himself owns the largest nightclubs in town), so the presence of Diebold there doesn't really surprise me that much. And I agree with what Eddie Parker said. Good article, by the way... i'm doing some Master's work on elections in Canada and got here from [Municipal_elections_in_Canada]. nice to see there's people out there doing my research for me ;)
