So, there is another page for this same design/class of u-boat; that page is titled "German Type XXI submarine". Considering the first line starts: Type XXI U-boats, also known as "Elektroboote" it seems silly that there are two separate pages. The German Type XXI submarine page looks the more complete and organized of the two, so it seems reasonable to direct inquiries into Elektroboote to the submarine page, and add any new information from the Elektroboote page to the other.
By combining the two, I believe that it would satisfy both the ships and military history WikiProjects criterion, since the other page is not on their list.
