It looks like from the history that you added the notability tag so I will leave it up to you. However, he has charted [3] and also meets WP:GNG in my opinion. Signed to a major record label and has plenty of featured articles in reliable sources such as Billboard. Add that with his single that charted and I believe there shouldn't be a question of notability.
