The company site makes slightly different claims to the info here, so I'll leave to you to see how to incorporate it.
On the formation of the company:
On the 8 January 1908, Arturo Elizalde Rouvier ( 1871-1925) together with his brother-in-law Rafael Biada Navarro and J.M. Vallet y Arnau formed the Sociedad Mercantil (Merchantile Society) "J.M. Vallet y Cía." (J.M. Vallet and Company).
Arturo Elizalde y Rafael Biada were the managers of the company.
J. M. Vallet brought to the company a workshop situated at 149 Paseo de San Juan in Barcelona, which was fitted out with machinery capable of producing precision and specialist pieces.
On the braking:
REINA VICTORIA EUGENIA (R.V.E)
In the Automobile Show in Barcelona (Salón del Automóvil de Barcelona) of 1919 this variant of the Tipo 20 model was presented. It had the novelty of being equipped with braking on all four wheels, an unusual feature in that time.
