Emasculation of this article
editMy view is that editors Charles Matthews and Bkonrad are correct in protecting the usefulness of this article. Emasculating the list reduces its usefulness. We are not short of disc space after all. I welcome views. I invite AmbigDexter to argue his case here. However, pending concensus on this talk page AmbigDexter should refrain from making contentious edits. BlueValour 23:21, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
- That's a pretty toxic conflation of what is said at Wikipedia:Listcruft, and a harsh misprision of something mentioned at Examples of individual entries that should not be created on the Manual-of-Style page about disambiguation. Anyway it's a dog's breakfast of wikilawyering to get to the point where all links with Ellison as surname are deleted from the page on Ellison. Charles Matthews 14:36, 23 August 2006 (UTC)
