Etymology

Could someone learned in such things please provide a translation of the (presumably) latin, and explanation of its application? Google translate suggests elopi is latin for sturgeon- is this correct, and is it appropriate (are sturgeons in this group?)? 2001:56A:F0E9:9B00:D518:2728:14F0:9C88 (talk) 18:54, 22 October 2019 (UTC)-a wiki reader and seeker of knowledgeReply
