arms shapes and cite tag
editEhm, why is this coat different than the one on the Turkmenistan article? -- Obradović Goran (talk 21:45, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
- I am removing the cite tag-the round version was the one on the national article prior to 2006, no cite needed as was in Wikipedia itself, both are in use. Chris 05:45, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
- From 1991 until 2003, the round arms was used. But I have not seen the round arms used at all, except on us (and maybe a few college websites). User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 06:00, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
- I also thinking that the round arms have different colors than what we have now, so I am going to remove this again. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 06:04, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
- Now, I am going to find the Turkmen Law from 1992 and see if that sheds any light on the colors. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 06:47, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
- Cool! And brother, your diligence on this, your great graphics and your sturdy, polished post-Soviet articles are most appreciated, if I've not said so before. Chris 06:53, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
- Graphic completed, uploading now. I looked at some of the Turkmen stamps from 2001 and found the correct image. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 07:15, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

Needs elaboration on the cotton
editThe word "cotton" occurs only once in the article, where it has the pattern of discussing something already introduced elsewhere. But it isn't. So we don't know anything about it, and, especially, we don't know why the number of ?"bolls"? is seven.2600:1700:6759:B000:1C64:8308:33BC:E2D6 (talk) 03:38, 17 October 2023 (UTC)Christopher Lawrence Simpson
