As per "WP:COMPANY" An organization is generally considered notable if it has been the subject of significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources.

This company has been the subject of many articles on BBC News website (see article). I consider these reliable, independent secondary sources.

It was mentioned that the company became defunct in 2006, yet I sailed one of the Ferries as illustrated in the main page photo, from the UK to the Isle of Man in 2007? The ferry I travelled on was the Emeraude France
