Currently this article only refers to Gorman's career in terms of title ie chief, directer etc. She was in the military and should be afforded that distinction and honour rank.
For example Lt. Col Gorman was the chief such and such. It belittles her achievement not to mention her seniority as well. Articles on men in the military always give the rank of the individual in the context of their posting. This article should too. 86.182.41.232 (talk) 12:39, 17 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
