added balance template
editI think this article is rather too glowing about her Emily's achievements (like straight A's in high school) while omitting (till I recently inserted it)perhaps her most notable and controversial quote. This kind of whitewash can cause a credibility problem for Wikipedia.Rich (talk) 05:48, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
"The SLA mistakenly thought that Foster was behind a plan to require student identification cards in Oakland high schools."
The above sentence implies that the shooting of Foster was otherwise justified if in fact it turned out he had planned to require student identification cards in Oakland High Schools. Why would such an action make his assassination justifiable? Please reword. Barryg99 (talk) 23:18, 6 April 2009 (UTC)Barryg99
shotgunned to death
editI was wondering if this is a new and novel way of being killed. Was the victim shot to death by a shotgun, was the victim bludgeoned with the gun, or some more exotic form of death. Does anyone else object to this phrase? Enock1970 12:54, 30 August 2008 (PST)
Release?
editI reverted an edit by an anonymous user which was both unencyclopedic in tone and unsourced, though I did so without prejudice -- it could well have been good faith. I got no g-hits for "'emily harris' SLA released" -- anybody else? DavidOaks (talk) 22:15, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
