I just recieved surgery 2weeks ago . I can not seem to find no help until I can go back to work . I have had my second hernia repair . My employer has known I have needed this surgery since the Dr. Told me I needed it. Now she doesn't want to stay home and recover . she doesn't want to pay me unless I am working . I need help I do not want to risk hurting myself again by going back to work . I work in the retail field .which requires tending to customers ,climbing up and down the latter, lifting and everything else that comes with it. She also made the notion that she wants me to work from home. I told her that is not a problem but she would have to connect WiFi in order for me to do so. She refuses. What am I to do? Where can I get someone to help me? I guess she thinks because she has a team of lawyers and I do not that she can do this to me . Someone please please help me WendaG (talk) 23:11, 6 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
