Industry discussion, debates and dialogues REALLY needs sources

A lot of the example questions sound like they may be topics of personal interests for people who have edited that section, rather than actual ongoing debates in business management

Gallup Employee Engagement Graphs

edit

Hello, I'm posting here as part of my work with Beutler Ink, on behalf of our client Gallup, Inc. I've assisted Gallup in donating graphs to Wikimedia Commons, with the hope that they could serve as a resource and benefit relevant Wikipedia articles. There are two graphs I think would improve this article.

Because I have a conflict of interest with Gallup, I will not directly add any of their graphs to articles. Instead, I was hoping editors interested in this topic would determine whether these graphs would improve the article and add them on my behalf. Gallup has a lot of great data and wants to be a resource to improve articles across Wikipedia. Thanks! BINK Robin (talk) 17:07, 4 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

@BINK Robin: Apologies for not responding earlier. I just happened to see your ping in my sidebar while scrolling down on my talk page. The chart of employee engagement, by global region could be interesting to add, but it needs to be referenced first in the media. Just adding it to illustrate Gallup's surveying work veers into promotionalism. The annual employee engagement chart seems a bit more problematic, because one metric is a chart of best-practice organizations as determined by Gallup. We'd need a media source indicating the results shown on the chart are notable, and not just a way to promote Gallup's survey activities and methodologies. If you can find coverage of the data shown in the charts, I think you have a better shot at getting the charts included. At that point you could also put in the {{edit-COI}} template to alert others.
