Seems to have some product placement in the building management paragraph. Could just as easily put TAC or Siemens here, which people have heard of.
Suppliers section
editI have removed this section outright, as it was becoming a target for commercially promotional material, and far from NPOV. The inclusion criteria were unspecified and as it stood, there appeared little in the list of suppliers that the article would miss for its absence. I'm not adverse to anyone recreating it provided it is done in a neutral manner, and with at least one criterion for inclusion. —BillC talk 18:58, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
EMAN
editWotabowt IETF Energy Management (EMAN)? 66.155.23.67 (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 10:22, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- Energy efficiency in buildings is covered in Energy management system (building management) —BillC talk 00:55, 2 September 2023 (UTC)
Split building energy control out
editI shall split content on building energy control systems out into its own article. These have no link to EMSs used for grid management, and there is now much switching back-and-forth between the two in this article. 21:21, 25 July 2023 (UTC) —BillC talk 21:21, 25 July 2023 (UTC)
- Now done; new article: Energy management system (building management), though there is much overlap there with Energy management software and perhaps a merge might be an idea. —BillC talk 00:52, 2 September 2023 (UTC)
