Shell as proposer of Finnish energy politics?
editPlease explain the motives of minister Kyllönen to assign Jorma Ollila as head of the traffic tax study group? As I understand based on his high income job in Royal Dutch Shell Ollila is committed to promote the use of petrol and increase traffic. Based on his job by Nokia he is committed to high technology investments. Recent international critics of phone business include the monitoring of citizens and activists. This group was very unlikely to give any suggestion to promote public transport or reduce deaths and traffic jams by reducing car parks or allocate the real traffic costs to the users. Many ideas of UITP International Association of Public Transport public transportation studies are missing from the report. Some of these ideas have been used abroad: e.g. Tallinn use Free public transport. Watti Renew (talk) 16:32, 10 January 2014 (UTC)
