I may review this nomination later today, but a quick comment is that while the source goes into detail about why !Nawatiseb was chosen to drive the car, why other party leaders were supposedly upset, and ostensible explanations as to why the car was reassigned, the article itself only talks about !Nawatiseb's embarrassment over the car being taken.
