Source in reference No 5 "www.riigiteataja.ee (in Estonian)" is not in valid for several years. Please cut the paragraph "Structure" to history paragraph. (AT Kestutis (talk) 21:30, 3 February 2018 (UTC))Reply

Yes, I was actually considering it. The current act is called "Kaitseväe põhimäärus", but it does not lay out the structure in a similar detail unfortunately. It is reasonable to infer that the structure has not changed significantly or at all based on it. However, since there is no concrete reference to it, I am indeed considering moving that information under the History section.
