Gallery
editWhen I first put the images on the page, I experimented with using the gallery tag, but rejected it. The problem is, it doesn't wrap to the width of your window, and so I can't see all the pictures at once. This is not satisfactory. I'll be happy to use the builtin gallery tag once it's not broken. /blahedo (t) 01:07, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
Fairly short
editWikipedia doesn't seem to have much on knitting in general it has few stiches and doesn't talk about droping stitches etc. as a bit of a novice I cannot address this problem. (This comment posted by 144.136.26.225)
- That's true, but then, Wikipedia isn't really a knitting how-to site. It gives an encyclopaedic overview of various aspects of knitting (and many other things!), but if you're looking for good details on things like picking up dropped stitches or fancier techniques, you should probably go to a dedicated knitting site. /blahedo (t) 05:19, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
- That's not a useful answer, given that Wikipedia has detailed articles in so many other fields, especially anything related to modern electronics. A better answer is this: this is why Wikipedia can be edited by anyone. Please add articles that you think should be here. If you're not sure how to add articles, look up "editing wikipedia" here in wikipedia. Jennifer Brooks (talk) 16:51, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
