Loser Pays more appropriate?

There has been some discussion (see reference in main article) that English Rule is kind of a stupid name that American lawyers came up with in order to make Americans think it's a quaint rule. In fact, it's the "Rest of the World" rule, or "Western Democracy" rule. No, it's the most common name for the rule, and Wikipedia policy is to go with the most common name. See WP:NAME. Plus Black's Law Dictionary, edited by Bryan Garner, has it under that name. --Coolcaesar (talk) 00:20, 3 October 2010 (UTC)

As preclarification, I also agree with Coolcaesar that "English rule" should remain as the article title. But, what I would like to add is to suggest that we mention that "Loser Pays" is a very common name for the English rule (it is the usual name by which American media and politicians refer to it; it's rarely referred to as "English rule" in the US media).
