I suppose this page has been written with the aim of promoting ECell IIT-Kgp. While there is nothing wrong with it, I don't think it will do their credibility any good unless they come up with some good references, otherwise it seems like a hoax, to be honest. To state that "It has been involved with 20 startup companies" is nice, only so long as you can come up with some kind of actual trusted reference, otherwise its just a wannabe attempt to promote the ECell.
