From what I can tell notability for this subject hangs on two references:

That is very thin coverage, particularly given that the second is a scanned newspaper article in some other kind of document. I don't think there are enough sources here to establish notability. The other secondary sources cited in the article have a number of problems: they are either not independent, don't have significant coverage, or cover a tangential topic (such as the architecture of a building, or Erasmus University Rotterdam which already has a wikipedia article).
If you can't find more significant secondary coverage perhaps it would be better to expand the Erasmus University Rotterdam article with this information until such time as the coverage becomes available. Vrac (talk) 23:55, 11 December 2014 (UTC)
