Taxonomy
editThe original version of this article had the species first named by Spencer Moore as Eremophila maculata var. linearifolia, later changed to Eremophila decipiens by Ostenfeld. The references quoted (APNI, FloraBase) suggest that Eremophila maculata var. linearifolia is a taxonomic synonym rather than a basionym of Eremophila decipiens. However, Eremophila maculata var. linearifolia is the basionym of Eremophila decipiens subsp. linearifolia. [1]Gderrin (talk) 23:08, 5 January 2016 (UTC)
