COI cleanup
editThis page had become infection with clear COI -- I have pruned back the puffery and feel it is now greatly more encyclopedic. Bigdaddy1981 (talk) 20:59, 10 August 2009 (UTC)
COI
editA handful of SPAs -- mostly IPs but also some with names including the "fawn" sobriquet (clearly one of the Leisers) -- treat this page as a private walled garden piling up crystal ball claims, spam links and minor accomplishments. If edits are made contrary to their liking they abuse the other editor on his talk page and in the edit notes. Bigdaddy1981 (talk) 18:13, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
Bigdaddy1981 and SPA
editBigdaddy1981 has repeatedly launched personal attacks against SPA, removing information without probable cause and ignoring valid additions and fixes. He has attacked not only the pages of Eric Leiser and Jeffrey Leiser, but all of their related pages, scrutinizing every statement of fact with personal bias, subjectivity, or blatant rudeness. I would request that a respectful member of the Wikipedia community investigate the claims of both SPA and Bigdaddy1981 to arrive at a reasonable conclusion to this mess. Both parties have violated Wiki policy and should discontinue editing for the time being. I also do not appreciate the implicated attack from BigDaddy1981 because of my Wikipedia profile name. Wikipedia strives for civility and I believe that BigDaddy1981 and SPA have violated this notion. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Albinofawn (talk • contribs) 18:57, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
- SPA means "Single Purpose Account" ---- that is what I am saying *you* are in the comments and edits. Bigdaddy1981 (talk) 22:32, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
I edited Georg Cantor, for one - which doesn't make me a SPA —Preceding unsigned comment added by Albinofawn (talk • contribs) 05:44, 20 August 2009 (UTC)
- Two or three edits out of your total being non-Leiser edits does not a non-SPA make. If you have to groom your own articles that -- in my mind at least -- suggests a lack of genuine notability. Bigdaddy1981 (talk) 18:09, 20 August 2009 (UTC)
