Combine with Seagull?
editIt has been suggested that we create a combined article on Monkman and Seagull. What do people think? PatGallacher (talk) 20:59, 9 October 2018 (UTC)
- Oh go on, then. Martinevans123 (talk) 14:13, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
Puzzles
editThis article could point out that Bobby Seagull sometimes devises the puzzles which get told on the Today programme on BBC Radio 4.Vorbee (talk) 16:51, 15 October 2018 (UTC)
Categories
editAs Monkman and Seagull were both contestants on University Challenge, this article could be added to the category "Contestants on University Challenge". Vorbee (talk) 17:27, 26 October 2018 (UTC)
Wolfson College
editThis article could say "Wolfson College were beaten" in place of where it says "were beaten". Vorbee (talk) 08:57, 4 November 2018 (UTC)
Any Questions?
editBobby Seagull has appeared on the BBC Radio 4 series Any Questions?, and this could be mentioned in the article. Vorbee (talk) 09:06, 4 November 2018 (UTC)
- Go for it. Especially if he said something important and you can remember what it was! (I think he said he keen on education funding, but I tend to doze through that programme these days...) A source where he wrote something along the same lines would be useful correlation (and if he is prone to give interviews and / or is writing for an English daily paper might not be so hard to find) Success Charles01 (talk) 22:29, 4 November 2018 (UTC)
"Combine with Seagull"?
editOoh, that suggestion looks familiar (see above)? Was there a WP:RM to split the combined article back into two?? Thanks. Martinevans123 (talk) 18:53, 9 July 2019 (UTC)
- I mean Bobby Seagull gets the raw end of the deal here, doesn't he? Even though they became equally notable. Martinevans123 (talk) 18:56, 9 July 2019 (UTC)
