Every lawyer in this field is interested in this topic. Also a significant difference exists between Fraud-on-the-market theory and Efficient-market hypothesis or theory even though the tendency of a layman might be to use them interchangeably and thus incorrectly.--Lfrankblam (talk) 05:38, 6 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
