Merge Montina here?

edit

Should Montina be merged with this article? This is a trademarked O. hymenoides product that is being marketed as a gluten-free grain. It doesn't appear to be especially notable; the only substantive information I've found on it is on the manufacturer's website. Most Google hits are recipes or mention it as an item in a long list of gluten-free grains. As there is little information on Montina and the existing article is quite short, it appears that it would be most appropriate to merge Montina with this article.192.104.39.2 (talk) 20:57, 30 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Photo of wrong plant

edit

That is not a photo of Eriocoma hymenoides growing in soil. Look at the plant's physical structure and compare it to the photo of E. hymenoides with the green background. Not even close Artemcana (talk) 17:49, 10 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Achnatherum

edit

Is it in the genus Achnatherum or not? 173.88.246.138 (talk) 01:11, 13 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

All the most recent literature refers to it as Achnatherum. I don’t have access to the original but I think it first appears in Roem.&Schult Barkworth. 69.166.41.254 (talk) 00:37, 6 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
