Kyrgyz doesn't have one single method of romanization. "Erkeshtam" would conform with BGN/PCGN romanization of place names (which is the only case in which there is a commonly accepted system for Kyrgyz), so you need to provide reliable sources. 'Иркештам' is a russian pronunciation

'Эркештам' is a word of Kyrgyz_language(Cyrillic script)

'Erkeştam' is a pronunciation of Kyrgyz_language(Cyrillic script)
