There's no way Adelaïde could be the mother of the two childs that are attributed to her. She would have been past sixty when they were born. JidGom 18:33, 3 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

I believe this Adelaide is being confused with Adelaide of Tours, in terms of her relationship to Robert. I am therefore deleting it. See Robert The Strong's page, which is sourced. Skates61 (talk) 17:25, 29 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Article name. Do published sources really call her " of Hesbaye" in any standardized way?

edit

As I understand it, this "surname" is a internet genealogy thing. There is this chain of reasoning: her father was a son of a brother of Bishop Chrodegang of Metz, and that bishop's parents were described as nobility from Hesbaye. That's it.--Andrew Lancaster (talk) 08:44, 19 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Ranulf I of Poitiers

edit

This article says Ranulf is the grandson of Louis & Ermengarde by a "Rotrude", but other pages say he's the grandson of Pepin I (Ermengarde's son), by an unnamed mother. -JamesyWamesy (talk) 18:48, 15 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
