Someone?
editCan something be done to harmonize the acronyms used in this piece? The author uses the English GDR (German Democratic Republic in lue of DDR, Deutsche Demokratische Republik) in the same sentence as the German FDJ (Freie Deutsche Jugend). I think that the article should choose either to use the English or the German versions to avoid confusion or, optimally, to include both.
Slogan
editSince the slogan "seid bereit - immer bereit" has not been cited before lessons, I removed that part. Phonologue (talk) 21:28, 18 August 2008 (UTC)
- During my school time (starting 1986) it was cited before lessons. One pioneer reported to the teacher, then the teacher said "Für Frieden und Sozialismus seid bereit" and the class responded with "Immer bereit!" 91.67.252.23 (talk) 22:39, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
