Can we get a better quality version of that pic? If someone sends me the quality image, I can compress it and keep the quality. -- Sam

Just a few notes

I was thinking of seperating a biography and a section on his politics, but that can't really be done... So I though organising it into sections or stages would be a good idea. There would be an introduction, then his early life, up to the first time he leaves Italy. A subsection on his Benevento rebellion would come about there, following by another on his first series of imprisonments.

Instead of a section just on politics, a section on his writings would be interesting and useful; especially since they are scattered around in various languages and publications. -- Sam

anarchist revolution...

Talking of his belief that "the anarchist revolution would occur soon" as if he were wrong seems incorrect considering the importance of the anarchist revolution of 1936 in Spain, just four years after his death. Just a thought, but I didn't remove the references because that isn't "the" revolution... --Tothebarricades.tk 23:35, 21 Sep 2004 (UTC)

Anyone got time..

to add info about Malatesta's trial 1898 and subsequent escape from prison the next year? Murderbike (talk) 20:09, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

Politics of Malatesta

I believe the article has an inaccuracy regards Malatesta's position on the unions. It is complicated by the fact that Malatesta's politics changed over time. However, in the period from at least 1907 through 1921 it is clear that Malatesta was in no way "skeptical" of the unions, but rather skeptical of syndicalism without political direction. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rowan Duffy (talkcontribs) 09:55, 16 April 2011 (UTC)

IA and Malatesta

It's possible that someone added that Malatesta is an insurrectionary anarchist because they are unaware that insurrectionary anarchism is not merely anarchists who are insurrectionary. It is a very confusing and unfortunate name for a fairly modern and only partially related form of anarchism to the militant anarcho-communism that malatesta espoused. I added a request for citation, but think it ought to be altered to reflect the fact that IA is not something that malatesta identified as, or to distinguish malatesta's insurrectionary action from that very specific label. 199.254.238.158 (talk) 09:41, 23 November 2012 (UTC)

Errico Malatesta and 'The Gadfly'

A speculation but - could Malatesta have been a partial inspiration Ethel Lilian Voynich's The Gadfly? Jackiespeel (talk) 13:37, 24 February 2016 (UTC)
