While adding links to clubs & events, I found a few that should be checked first:

22/07/2001 - Danny Rampling, Live from The Love Weekender, Foundation

Is this a mistake? Jayvdb 08:21, 29 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

24/04/2005 - DJ Tiesto, Live from Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Resort Paris or Disneyland Park (Paris). Jayvdb 08:21, 29 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

What's with the date format...

edit

Is there a reason for using DD/MM/YYYY? YYYYMMDD makes the most sense for me from a time & date perspective. From biggest to smallest. Is there an international standard for dates?

DD/MM/YYYY is the standard...since the British Empire which pre-dates american conventions.. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.110.210.75 (talk) 22:00, 21 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Nah. YYYY-MM-DD is the international ISO date standard. --Subfader (talk) 01:03, 31 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

It said in the area that BBC was taking no action against Bit Torrent and other peer to peer sites. But if I am correct. They have proceeded with legal action with the individual download of mixes being taken down from blogs and other DJ Mix sites.

I cannot cite a reference; thus I cannot add it yet. But discussion further on this? --Shieked :3 15:13, 23 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Can't confirm and I am knowledgable of this subject. Just take a look at previous external links on the article to find links to sites which even sold the mp3s online... --Subfader (talk) 01:01, 31 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

1983 onwards

edit

Anybody know how we can get a hold of the original mixes from back in the day? The oldest mix year i have is 1996, i have not been able to find anything from earlier. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.105.81.114 (talk) 18:39, 8 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Bring back the list

edit

This used to have an important record of all the past essential mixes and the date for each one. Wikipedia could have provided a reliable lasting record, but instead we need to rely on other smaller websites staying alive. 140.228.49.157 (talk) 10:55, 7 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Although illegal[where?]

edit

There is no consensus on Wikipedia on how to reference torrent sites. Soybean46 (talk) 23:25, 15 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

One source maybe The Mixing Bowl Soybean46 (talk) 23:26, 15 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
