I'll go through and change (or someone else can for that matter) all the 'Esslemont's to 'Esselmont's if desired, but I've honestly only ever seen the second spelling as an alternate. On the castle itself, the warning sign uses the Esslemont spelling.
If Esslemont is the accepted spelling, the page should be moved to Esslemont Castle. A google search seems to give more results for "Esselmont Castle" [1], but the ones for "Esslemont Castle" look more authoritative [2], including WD Simpson and RCAHMS.
