Neutrality
editThe focus of Communist connections to the strikers in this article vs the collaboration of the RCMP and the Northwest Imperial Mining Company as well as the use of the word riot rather than strike to me seems to unfairly emphasize the actions of the strikers. This is why I flagged it for Neutrality.

If you wish to insert a section on the colloboration of the Company and the RCMP please do so, and cite your sources. The part about the grave controversy seems NPOV to me, outlining both sides of the issue. The workers belonged to a union which was affiliated with and organized by the Communist Party of Canada (Worker's Unity League) which is a documented fact. In the depression context, the most militant unions were usually the Communist ones. As for Estevan Riot this is the most commonly used name for the incident in both academia and public discourse. On an additional note if you can ad more information regarding the strike itself and the background then please do so. - Wyldkat —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wyldkat (talk • contribs) 17:04, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
The issue I have with the article seems relatively resolved now. The emphasis on the strikers actions have been lessened thus resolving my NPOV problems. Thank you for your help.
